Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date. This agreement may be terminated by either party immediately upon written notice if the other party: materially breaches any term and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice of the breach; becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy, or enters into liquidation; or enters into fraudulent transactions related to this agreement.
Upon termination: all rights and licenses granted under this agreement shall immediately cease; the website provider shall immediately cease to provide services under this agreement; and the user shall immediately cease all use of the website and related services.

Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination of this agreement.

Upon termination for convenience by the User, any prepaid but unused service fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any costs incurred by Air Pumps Online or its owners up to the date of termination. Termination for cause by the User or any termination by Air Pumps Online or its owners does not entitle the User to a refund.

Any notice of termination must be delivered in writing via email to the addresses provided in the “Contact Information” section of these terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding termination, the parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations for 30 days before resorting to legal proceedings.
