Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including but not limited to standard, expedited, and LTL freight. The available options depend on the product, destination, and stock availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Some products may qualify for free shipping based on promotional offers or order value thresholds.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They start from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of order placement. We provide typical transit times for each shipping method, but these can vary due to factors beyond our control.
We usually ship customer orders received by 12:00 the same day unless issues beyond our control prevent same day shipping.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It’s your responsibility to track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may return the package to us or hold it at a local facility for pickup. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a good physical shipping location during checkout.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested before the order is shipped. Once shipped, address changes are subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for any delays due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims for lost or damaged shipments are handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies, and we will assist you in filing such claims.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be available at an additional cost. If you opt for insurance, claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed through the insurer according to their terms.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be returned in its original condition and original, unopened packaging. Refunds will be processed according to our return policy.

Certain products or regions may have shipping restrictions. It’s your responsibility to check if your order can be shipped to your location before placing an order.
Signature on Delivery
Some high-value or restricted items may require a signature upon delivery. Ensure someone is available to sign a receipt of delivery of the package or make arrangements with the carrier.
