Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs Policy
These returns, exchanges, and repairs policies are governed by and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service available at Terms.
Right to Return
You may return most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the products are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories. We will be unable to accept returns without prior approval as described below.
We accept returns for refund or exchange on merchandise we sell to you. We cannot accept returns for the same or similar products we did not sell to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this during the return process. We will issue a refund first, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. Such items will be marked as “non-returnable” or “as is” on the product page.
Condition for Returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received. Any items missing parts or showing signs of use may be refused.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at our cost.
Warranty and Repairs
Manufacturer warranties may cover repairs or replacements for defects not caused by misuse. Contact us for warranty claims, and we will guide you through the process.
Repair Services
For products under warranty or eligible for repair, we may offer repair services. Costs for repairs outside of warranty are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Exceptions

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee might apply to returns for reasons other than defects or errors on our part. This fee will be clearly communicated during the return process.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refusal of Returns

Returns and Gift Cards
If your order was paid with a gift card, any refund will be credited back to the gift card unless otherwise specified.
Return Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will not affect returns for products purchased before the policy change.
